Mallory Slesser
The daughter of a custom builder, Mallory grew up on job sites, learning structural framing and blueprints before design school. After graduating from Harrington College of Design, she founded her design practice and joined Baird & Warner in 2017 to evaluate architectural feasibility, renovation budgets, and resale potential before her clients make an offer.
Tiffany Dusina
A fellow Harrington College of Design alumna, Tiffany brings an international design pedigree having practiced across Austria and Singapore. She authors comprehensive architectural CAD drawing sets, electrical layouts, and bespoke cabinetry lines that deliver builder-ready precision to every sanctuary we create.
